Archive Agent
Archive Agent allows users to archive, restore and delete files from their V6 and V7 polling products. This program helps users backup their data for file management and recovery purposes. Archive Agent also includes an auto run option, emailing, FTP and merge routines to make Archive a corporate solution.
Archive Agent features:
- Connects to Polling, Inventory (v6 only), PC Capture (v6 only), DenView500 (v6 only) and the QuickBooks Interface
- Archive and restore data files
- Creates backups
- Archive to a local directory or select a custom path such as a network drive, pen drive, or external hard drive
- Delete data files
- Email archives to your dealer or if you have a support contract, email them to support@technology4retailers.com for help or troubleshooting
- Email archives to another location for backups
- Email archives to corporate for corporate viewing
- Merge routine allows users to combine data from multiple locations
